Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (+91 8428166373) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping bill (if applicable) to send the item back to us.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the item(s) according to our return policy outlined above.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item).
